As a senior I was quoted a price for seniors. This price has gone up every month as much as $20.00 a month. After the ice storm if there was an extra can put out you would have to pay for it, even though they did not pick up the week before. Very poor service!!! read more

Republic Trash Services has bought out Mid Waste trash. They are now one of the trash pick up options for 65109. I called today to have services set up for my mother-in-law on the Westside of JC and it was easy, fast and hassle free. I called the main number out of state but Cameron the service associate that helped me was amazingly friendly and professional. He arranged for a pickup tomorrow for an overflowing trashcan (left by the previous tenants) and set up an online payment plan. We have Republic trash services in Osage Beach and they are equally as professional. read more

I have only had garbage service 2 months and there has been a missed pick up at least one week of each month so far. Each time I was told they would put in a request for a pick up. Never happens.I end up with a credit but what do you do with the extra garbage? The city only contracts with one company so there is no other option besides no pick up. This time, I got a notice from the city saying I can only leave the garbage can outside for 24 hrs from pick up date. read more

Would not recommend using Republic, go for a local company instead. These clowns are so lazy that they won't get out of the truck if your can is not aligned with their grabby arm, and if your car is parked inconveniently for them, they will call the police to threaten towing instead of backing it up 150 ft to turn around. Utter incompetence! The only nice experience was the customer service lady who helped us cancel, she was great. I hope the rest of them either repent or be cast into the outer darkness where there is wailing and gnashing of teeth. read more

Worst customer service ever. They broke a big glass table top I guess while loading it and there is glass all over driveway and road. they did it on a Monday and I called. the lady told me somebody will be contacting me first thing Tuesday. Didn't hear anything Tuesday so called again. That lady said somebody will be contacting me within 48-72hrs so by end of the day wendesday. Well it's Friday evening still havent heard from anybody and glass is still all over the place. it's like they just don't care if ppl get flat tires but then to be lied to about somebody gona contact me about it. horribble horrible customer service read more
