I'm so thankful that I didn't get these people out there because there ain't no telling what they would have done to my car.

My car was having issues with the shifting cable and the…read moretransmission lever, but all I knew was that the car didn't shift out of drive when I put it in park. I called for a tow to get it to a service shop, but Tom arrived very quickly and looked at the problem. He tried a couple different things, but ended up being able to shift my car into park and reattach the shifting cable to the transmission lever - fixing the problem. But he went above and beyond after that by trying to figure out how to keep the cable on the lever. When that didn't work, he explained in patient detail to my husband and I exactly what piece was missing and what we should do to find the part (for the lowest cost possible). He was also funny and lighthearted, which helped so much! For all of this I just had to pay the small service fee. Thanks Tom!

I showed up the following morning to check out the damage to the car and would yah know it, A BUNCH OF STUFF WAS STOLEN OUT OF MY CAR. My radar detector, my lighter outlet adapter, cell phone charger, car cell phone charger, my brand new oem donut, and tire iron. My car was ripped up on the inside door trim from where they were ripping out the radar detector power cord. They even cut the purple audio cord aux cable that was plugged into my head unit. I called and spoke to Jerry the owner, and he just brushed it off and said that they don't go through cars. They are crooks. I am proceeding with further legal action due to the amount of stuff stolen being over $500 and a felony amount, and no rectification for the issue has been offered by the company.

When we asked about it, the dark haired, crooked nose female receptionist was laughing about it and her along with other staff denied everything and acted completely dismissive.
