Throughout the entire consultation process, he was exceptionally understanding of my budget constraints and helped guide me toward options that aligned perfectly with what I actually needed without pushing unnecessary upgrades. Before deciding, I gathered several other bids, but Hutch's quick turnaround on pricing and superior customer service were second to none. When the installation was complete, the high quality of both the workmanship and the materials truly impressed me. I initially had low expectations due to common horror stories about dealing with third-party subcontractors and middlemen, but Outdoor Living Fencing is a direct installer and owner-operated business. Working directly with an established company that takes true ownership made all the difference, and they delivered exactly what I wanted and needed. The installation crew was equally impressive--they were punctual, respectful, extremely professional, and made sure to thoroughly clean up all debris after the job was done. I would wholeheartedly recommend Outdoor Living Fencing to my family and friends, and I will definitely be calling them back for any future fencing projects needs.

After interviewing more than 7 gate companies, we decided that Herotec was the best option for us…read more What ultimately made us decide to go with them was after we got the initial price quote, we wanted them to make some revisions to adjust a few more things. Avi was the only one that called us back right away and asked to meet again so he can fully understand what we were looking for and promptly provided a revised quote - which was very reasonable compared to their competitors. Once we signed the contract, Avi was really good with communicating with us. He lined up the electrician, the gardener to do the prep work, and the gate installation itself - all the while making sure we were kept in the loop. The timeline was very reasonable and everyone that worked on the project was very professional and friendly. The custom swing gate was exactly how we wanted it to be. Throughout the entire process, they were very flexible with all the customizations that we wanted and would often go above and beyond. The quality and craftsmanship were exceptional - it was actually better than what we had hoped for. The overall experience was wonderful and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a gate installation.

Absolutely Fabulous Service! If you want a legitimate company that does great work and has actual integrity, use Herotec. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!
