Never in my 55 years has that happened to me. That is just one of the three examples I could share that let me know Beraca is the place for me. They removed an old, detached muffler, heat shields that no longer comes on the new muffler assembly from the dealer due to the other heat shields already attached to the frame of the vehicle. The team could have recommended replacing the whole muffler or crafting custom shields because the others weren't available with the dealer anymore.
