The inspection said I did anyway this was about 10 yrs ago. If something like that happened today there would be all kinds of repercussions and consequences. For all involved but this was before the laws changed and social media was used to rightly crucify folk. Needless to say I did not sign that paperwork from the mortgage company scam artists right along with the scheming RE agents no thanks to that dude. I could have sued. I filed a complaint against the mortgage company for racist remarks and that also went no where. Now on the other hand fast forward to the one located in North Philadelphia around Broad and Erie, service is like night and day. Wonderful older woman I worked with for counseling was excellent, she called back when I had questions and told me what to do if I had any problems with any party involved when purchasing a home. That was about five years ago or so. She was like a one woman show. I learned from that experience, go to the next one. Outside of the one dude the services and workshops are very helpful as well as the people who present them.
