She has figured our a way to scam the public and everyone needs to be warned. She advertises her services on Etsy and then goes outside of Etsy to bill you, so when she does not deliver what you have paid for you cannot retaliate with Etsy working for you. Etsy has been told what she is doing. This is not a new stituation, look at her BBB report before any transaction with Ana or this company they have scored an "F". In an attempt to correct the situation with Ana I have reached out and explained what I paid for and asked how we were to correct the situation and move forward. There were three people behind the counter, (two young men, one woman). The young men were standing at the counter chatting with each other and did not offer to help. Once the woman was finished with her customer, she summoned me over. She seemed like she'd rather be anyplace aside from where she was. Sad.
