Not only are we not happy with the appearance of the new windows, but they made an absolute mess of our home. The dust was so thick inside our home that the fire alarms were going off. They did nothing to protect our carpets and furniture feom the dust. It took us 2 weeks to get all the dust cleaned up! Also, our mini blinds no longer fit in the window openings. We feel lied to, deceived, and ripped off. Just get your windows from Lowes!

My experience with Florida Windows and Doors has been absolutely horrible from start to finish. The sales representative Ryan Getz flat-out lied about the U-Factor rating of the windows we purchased. What we were promised and what we actually received are two completely different things. When I reached out to Ryan Getz for clarification, he ignored my text and calls. Ryan was misleading, and clearly had no intention of taking responsibility. It's obvious that once they get your signature on the contract, you no longer matter to them. There is NO customer service. No one calls back or follows up. The only person who ever showed a shred of professionalism was Christina Pettit, and I appreciate her effort -- but beyond that, it's been nothing but silence. Adrienne in accounting hasn't returned my calls in over two weeks, and Mitch, who was supposedly "resolving" the issue, has been completely unreachable. This company is the definition of dishonest sales tactics and nonexistent customer support. I've never dealt with a business that cared less about its customers once they signed the contract. Do not make the same mistake I did. I would never recommend Florida Windows and Doors to anyone -- not friends, not family, not even strangers.
