Don't touch. They are all right (though expensive) if nothing goes wrong but they will use any excuse to avoid dealing with a complaint. They charged me £35 to replace a power cable that they had supplied, which had broken within six weeks. This is illegal but I had to go to court to get my money back because they simply ignored all letters, even denying having received one that I had handed over in person. In the legal case they claimed I had sworn at them and that the cable I had handed back wasn't the one they had given me, both straightforward lies. They refused all compensation for the time I spent writing letters and phoning them. The computer still doesn't work. Who charges £35 for a power supply cable anyway? read more
