She charges a fair price and helped me get a substantial refund last year. Cuz of an annoying K-1 that always comes late, I have to file an extension every year, but she has been appropriately conservative in estimating the amount I should pay both the IRS and FTB just in case on Apr 15, making my refunds even more pleasant of a surprise lol. She's also helped me with my dad's tax returns. Thank you! P.S. I think I already alluded to this earlier, but to emphasize in this day and age of stupid inflation: her prices are very reasonable, at least based on what I just read chatGPT says I should expect for our return's degree of complexity. Shoot, does that mean if she reads this she will raise her rates? I hope not hehe

I was kept in the dark, received little to no response, was given inaccurate information, and encountered several mistakes. It was incredibly stressful. I'm so grateful to have found Eddie. He is professional, responsive, and reliable--qualities that are extremely important to me. He answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly, and took the time to educate me on many aspects of managing an S-corp. I always felt informed and never forgotten. He stayed on top of payment schedules and got things done quickly and efficiently. I never felt lost or unsure throughout the process. Eddie is also very detail-oriented. He discovered a major oversight from the previous CPA--something I wasn't even aware of--and helped me correct it step by step. I was initially overwhelmed and stressed, but Eddie was patient, understanding, and even available during off-hours to guide me through it. Thanks to his help, everything on the business and accounting end has been corrected, and I finally feel like I'm on the right track. The accounting software he uses is also very efficient and allows me to upload everything in a well-organized manner. When dealing with so many numbers and accounts, that level of organization is a huge plus. I fully trust Eddie and highly recommend his services!

I prefer to hire people who are paying attention to their own accounts as he did. Joe is charming and reassuring. Joe moved away from California, but does return regularly as he's a Ducks fan and has season tickets. He may have been worth the price he quoted. I don't know. The two other quotes I got were more than 50% less than what he quoted. It does not make sense for me to pay 2x as much for somebody living in another state to do my taxes. I am writing this review because after and despite my explaining to him and his colleague why I would not be utilizing their services, I began receiving daily prompts to sign a contract. There was no contract when I let them know I would not be hiring them. Yet they sent it. It's seems shady to this old fart. The nerve!
