I wanted to share a review of Dr. K and his staff. I went to their office in severe sciatic pain…read moreand having to stay in bed the majority each day. So, as you can see, I felt a dire need for someone to help me. Dr. K was one of the kindest, professionals I have ever met. He really listened and together we agreed on a surgical plan. His office coordinated with me to get all the necessary prior tests completed. His staff is really on top of their game everyday. Every question was answered in a timely fashion. So I felt confident in the process and choice I made. The surgery day came and it did take longer than expected. But the care was never changed, he worked hard on my back to complete a fusion of the 4-5 area. The recovery as he had stated takes some time and a will to get better. It has now been six months and yes I am glad to have had the procedure. I still have a ways to go to reach a one year mark. I am confident I will continue to improve. If you are nervous, worried or in pain, seek a consultation to get a definitive answer to what is happening. Dr. K spends whatever amount of time needed to explain and advise you of his recommendations. I do not believe I have ever had a physician this caring and personable as Dr. K is. She advocated for my natural birth plan every step of the way and guided me through breathing techniques when it came time to push. There was not a minute that went by without her by my side. I could go on and on but the most important piece, was the emotional support that she invested in my birthing experience. I felt the comfort of a best friend and all the guidance of an expert. I'd recommend Eri to any mama who wants to feel grounded, supported, and fully loved in the delivery room.

But my physical therapist is awesome , and even though there is discomfort, she helps me through it and gently pushes me. Big difference from other times I've gone and hurt myself trying to do what the therapist said and trying to keep up with others. Blood pressure machine didn't work, yet somehow recorded a BP that showed up in his report a month after my initial visit. In his report I was recorded as retired, nope I'm full time employed, he recorded I was on Medicare, nope BCBS, he reported I lived in a multilevel house nope wrong again, I live in a ranch. The worst of all he recorded I had my right knee replaced, NOPE IT WAS MY LEFT KNEE. I have been fighting back and forth between BCBS and Luna if I'm covered. I get yes, no, yes, no depends on the day I call. After first visit I was basically blown off for second visit and delayed for 3rd. I contacted my surgeon and dumped Luna, went to Team Rehab. Team Rehab is FANTASTIC, no question I'd go there and have recommended to many people. I'd never recommend Luna.

I have been seeing Nurse Pam or Kimberly twice a year for 2 or 3 years to stay on top of my changing body's needs. These practitioners do NOT: 1. Just guess at what you need. 2. Treat your symptoms with synthetic big pharma chemicals 3. Make you take a crap ton of expensive supplements for the rest of your life, and not even help you understand why you're taking them 4. Chalk up all your symptoms as "just part of the aging process" and expect you to just accept it. They will conduct a thorough blood panel (Eric is the most phenomenal phlebotomist! You will love him!) and then they look very carefully at all your numbers and they address each one methodically: For example: Likely you have a vitamin D deficiency Likely you have a vitamin B deficiency Likely you need magnesium Likely you need to clean up your gut! Maybe you need to bump up some of your hormones-- they are on the cutting edge of menopause medical science (aka Dr Mary Claire Haver!!!) They will monitor you every six months and adjust your regimen. Accordingly, even taking things off that you don't need anymore or finding you great alternatives that cost less....
