We had and infestation of fleas. One trip eliminated out problem even though they offered as part of the service a second treatment. It was not needed. Prices was over the moon as we were charged 115$ more than last trip. I need them again for another unit and we will see what price is this time. It will affect our star rating. read more

This company is useless. I have had rodent issues and they have never helped, except to place teeny tiny amounts of peanut-butter on dollar store traps and call it a day. I have more rat shit in my bedroom closet than I have clothes. read more

I can not say enough great things about this company and especially the pest specialist Stephanie. She called back within minutes, was at my house in less than a half hour and treatment was done the next morning. I was able to contact her many times with questions and she was always willing to listen. We've been using Rentokil at our downtown business for a number of years now. I've gotten to know Eliot when he comes in for the monthly inspections; he is always professional and answers all of our questions and concerns. We did trap a rodent once, and Eliot came & dealt with it for us right away. I have no problem recommending Rentokil for one-time issues or for monthly preventative measures. read more
