Pascal was impressive as soon as he came to the house for the initial quote. He answered my call in…read morea timely manner, came out with a quote the next day (which I found very competitive and on par with other quotes I had received) and returned to complete the service within 48 hours. During the quote I greatly appreciated his direct explanations and the time he took to walk around the property with me. I was concerned about one of the trees as it had fallen in an awkward spot that, once cut, could have damaged the gazebo, the deck and other healthy, decorative trees. Him and his team removed this, and three other trees, with not a scratch on anything. It was pretty amazing to watch. The best part though, was the clean up. Everything was picked up. There is no sign that they were here except some footprints in the snow and a patch of sawdust. They even shoveled my driveway where dragging some brush had knocked some snow off a bank before they left. I will 100% be asking Pascal and his company to return in the spring. I'm not one to post a lot of reviews, but I am NOT SATISFIED AT ALL with the service…read more I booked with Dr. Snow Removal because last year my boyfriend suffered a heart attack after shoveling the driveway and I am just not physically able to do the entire yard anymore plus my entrances and deck at 54 yrs old. I live right on Vincent Road, a MAIN road, therefore the road plow goes by multiple times a day. I operate a dog grooming business out of my home with my first appointment starting at 10 am so I don't need done super early in the morning for an early commute and our vehicle is AWD with studded tires, so generally my boyfriend can get out to work okay but I do need done by the time my first appointment arrives at 10 am. I signed up and paid in full on October 5th 2022. The first 2 storms they showed up at 7 pm and 5 pm respectively, did not do near as much of my driveway as I would have liked (I would prefer closer to my shed at the end of my driveway in the odd chance that I HAVE to dig out my snowblower if need be, but they stop 15-20 feet before my shed and because the ground was not frozen a LOT of my gravel has been thrown onto my lawn on one side and down over the bank onto my neighbour's lawn (I don't know how I'm going to clean it up in the spring. This last Storm (Jan 15-16th, 2023), they had been here sometime before 5 am and did what they could with our car in the yard and I am sitting here at 6:47 pm and they have not been back all day considering that I messaged them at 4:30 pm stating that I needed my driveway done by the time that my boyfriend gets home from work at 8 pm with only the automated reply that someone will get back to me asap. Luckily I had contacted my clients early this morning and managed to move their appointments, but I can't continue to lose money doing that if we get more storms. I feel that their advertising is very misleading as service is not prompt, you don't get multiple trips, you're lucky if you get a single trip before 9 pm after the worst part of the storm is over. I feel that they have taken on too many customers to be able to keep up with and we haven't even had a really BIG storm yet! Had I not paid in full back in October for the season, I would be canceling and seeking service elsewhere. They made their money from me but I LOSE money everyday that my clients can't get into my driveway and I have to schedule them for another day that OTHER clients could use. After 3 FB messages, a phone call to get voicemail telling me to text or email and one text, they finally showed uo somewhere near midnight, totally unreliable and unacceptable!!!
