Stay away from this company! We had chairs and tables delivered and the chairs were all dirty…read more The tables were really old and the chairs were old and partly rusted. My husband had to wash and dry all the chairs before we could use them. We didn't have time for that since we had a big group of people coming. Then when we called them on it and texted the office gal the pictures, they were supposed to give us a 15% discount. Later after checking our credit card account for the amount of the discount. It didn't add up to the 15%. When I asked her what rental amounts she used to calculate the discount, she couldn't really tell me. She said the computer calculated it. When she finally did, she said it was on the chairs/tables/delivery fee. That did not add up still. It's like she physically couldn't add up the amounts and take it times 15%. She told me that the ticket was closed and she would have to have the administrator call me back. That never happened, so I called her again and then she told me the amounts she used were only the rental fees, now changing what she told me before (with the delivery fee). All in all, they were not going to give me any more of a discount. So, needless to say, save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!!!!!

On 9/24/16 this company delivered what was "supposed" to be a 20x20 tent, to a very nice…read morefundraising event for an Historic Texas Landmark. My husband and I were volunteers at this event and he is the one that placed the order for this 20x20 tent (not a canopy) and he also ordered tables. What they delivered was a15x15 mildew covered canopy and tables that looked like they had gone through years of abuse, they should have been delivered to the dump instead of an event. When my husband called to complain, he was told that HE could help the guys who delivered it, wash it! About the size and condition of these items items, they said there was absolutely NOTHING they could do about it, so he sent the canopy back and we borrowed a tent from a local business and covered up the tables with plastic table covers that came with the tables (the one thing they did right) The attitude of this so called place of business was that WE were at fault! They offered to "let" us wash the canopy, and that we ordered the wrong size, which we did not! If you expect decent service and quality products don't call this place!!!
