If I could it no stars I would. My elderly mother got a dryer from the one in Batesville. We only had it maybe a week and wanted to send it back. After they ran the payment after being told to get it, the manager Tim Crosby was very rude. He told my mom that she was responsible for 1 month even though she didn't want it. Don't go to Rent One in Batesville, Ar. I will never go back ever again, we have spent well over $25,000 there and this is how rude they treat people. We rented a bed and didn't use it decided to have them come pick it up.. had it about a week.. we called Rent One in kirksville to come get the bed..they did and the next month they left us a message that we was two days late paying them...so I called them they said they made a mistake and forgotten to write down the bed had been returned..said that's on us because we forgot..we'll again we get another message saying we was 8 days late paying them and to call them ASAP. And to pay them now. So tomorrow I'm calling them again.. 11/12/24. Hope they get there mess straightened out..B.S not happy with them read more

If there was a way to put 0 stars I would. This location has raised my rental cost within only a month of having the rentals, and after trying for two weeks to discuss and resolve the issue nobody called me back or has been willing to resolve the issue mutually, and then I was told one thing by the store manager and something different from the district manager and when I tried to discuss this with the district manager I was called a liar and disrespected over the phone and was told that he was coming to pick up the rental items and was no longer going to business with me. I have offered to resolve it and make the correct payment but he has refused a reasonable resolution. I would not recommend this location to anyone. read more
