They have since changed to "SPM1" to attempt to look better to the public but they will always suck. Ladies in the office (mainly Nicole and Kaitlyn) are clueless, rude and barely know how to print a lease, my apt was CRAWLING with roaches once SPM 1 took over. They like to do construction on apts with no notice or regard to your property (they dropped roof shingles ON MY NEW CAR, and left NAILS outside my door and in the parking lot). They own most of the student apts BUT if you move a couple of miles away from the university they have much better rental companies with much more competent employees. Blessed to say that I WILL NEVER BE BACK, wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy.

Make sure all of the lights work and that the faucets don't leak... Yes, I'm having multiple problems. Three handwritten sheets of things that need to be repaired. Having my gas fixed is number one.
