Not everything goes as planned. We rented a power washer that didn't give the PSI it was rated for and wasn't able to clean our deck. They didn't charge us for it. We'll give them our business again and rent a more powerful machine. read more

This was not a good experience at all. I rented a tree pruning tool for cutting branches off of a tree.I paid for a 4 hour rental of a pruning spear. This was older piece of equipment (dated) and looked as it needed to be sharpened and to have the screws tightened. Despite my concern over its age and condition, I rented it anyway because I only needed to use the blade of the saw for some low hanging branches in our front yard. (one of these branches hit my daughters eye as she was riding her bike) I did not want this to happen again. When I got to my house, the blade was loose and was missing a screw and thus was unable to use the tool at all. When I walked in to Rent Equip on Rt 26, and the manager told me that he was puzzled. . The owner who was in his early 50's took almost adversarial attitude with me and told me he was puzzled that the equipment was being returned in a different condition that it was rented. No sorry this happened, or take another one. .. I asked him if they check the equipment after each rental. He did answer, but said they have hundreds of pieces of equipment to manage. He then told the clerk to refund my money. After the refund was processed, he told me to have a nice day. I had been in here before and rented stuff before with no issues. I really felt I needed to share this experience. read more
