Some of the burners on my range stopped working correctly a while back and I had been just using…read moretwo of the five burners. The GE range is a discontinued model that was probably installed when the house was built around nineteen years ago. So it's old but it suits the look of my kitchen. I didn't like the new ranges on the market so I decided to contact Henlopen Appliance hoping they could service the unit. The person I spoke with confirmed they service GE ranges. I called on a Friday and was able to get an appointment for the following Tuesday. The technician, Trevor Vest showed up on time and once I explained the problems I was having with the range he got right to work. He tested all the burners then made the necessary adjustments to get the burners working properly. The whole experience from making the appointment to interacting with Trevor as he made the fixes was enjoyable. He even gave me advice about using our front-loading washing machine. There is no doubt in my mind who I will contact if I need help with an appliance.

I called and left my concern and got a return call form them after they spoke to the driver and owner and they are not doing anything but giving me excuses. I didn't not want a refund or and compensation but a apology and as a company owner I would have expected them to at least send some one over to put the dirt back in the holes. That would have shown they were customer service focused. But I was only offered excused because of the weather. i only wish I could post the pictures of the mess they left, remembering this is the 4th time they used the same spot. i don't think offering to put the dirt back on the ditches and tamp it down was too much to ask.
