Usually if the person wants, he/she could have a pre tour before they actually become a member of the gym. I skipped that, because I know my own routine and just wanted to have a look of the gym. I think the gym is pretty nice, they got many different training equipments for cardio or muscle gaining, no need worried to many people and too less equipment s to use. There is a room just for the muscle trainer, full of heavy equipments, which some I haven't seen in my previous fitness studio. I did try most of them out by now. I think most of them quite effective and fun to work with. Probably not a place for beginner though. If you just start to do training, probably better just stay with the equipment in the main room first. Wait until you body is ready for the next level of challenge. I think many different types of equipment there as well, they are all useful tool. People can do full body training here, not just gaining muscle but lost weight, I like to hang out this area as well. And there is a room for lady, they called it lady room. I'm not sure what they do there and I don't know anyone. I guess probably some cardio training sort of thing. And there is the course room at the corner. For this even for a member will need to pay extra. Probably they offer a different membership for this, if you really need this. I'm got the regular one. I think this is quite a nice gym with a great sign up fee. They also offer a starter package for the member. Well, although the person has to pay extra of it, it is still nice thing to have. In the gym also got a drinks station that basically that where you can get water or water with other flavors, snack machine right at the back. The gym is really considered, it got bathroom as well. There is not WIFI yet for the member to use it, but I think that won't be a problem, since most people will just focus on training here. I like it, this is a great place for training. And as a member, also allowed to go to the other FitX fitness studio no matter where, it doesn't have to be the same place, really convenient!

Alles gut, I paid the full year, 4 days have passed and they haven't reactivated my account. Called yesterday and the girl on the phone was like (it has only been x days, call on friday if you don't hear from us) YOU have my money already, move the process. The coaches spoke a mix of English and German, and I could tell that the members also spoke a mix, with some fluent and some not fluent German speakers. The demonstrations were good enough it didn't matter anyways if I understand their words exactly. I also felt comfortable asking for clarification if needed. The gym is a good size - and the classes were capped probably at 12-16 to make sure there was enough space to safely do the workout. There is a bar at the front, and change room and bathrooms at the back. I signed up through Eversports app- and just showed up about 5 minutes before the workout. I told the coach I was a drop in, and that was fine. The subsequent days I actually used the waitlist feature on Eversports, before being accepted into the class, and that was pretty seemless. Overall hard, fun, well organized workouts. I'll come back next time I'm in Berlin!

I loved the place so much that signed up 6 month contract. Shortly after, my stay in Germany was cut short and I couldn't attend. Noexcuses reps were very nice and understood my situation and cancelled the contract. As I learnt from them - be careful what you are signing and committing to a long term membership, especially if your visa in the country is temporary. I am very impressed with the level of knowledge that the trainers have. I play ice hockey and didn't think Pilates would help me on the ice. At first I just went to stay in shape, but it really did help my game a lot. The trainers there will train you in English or in German which was a huge factor for me since I'm still mastering German. Another big point for me was the cost. Considering the expertise of the trainers I think I am getting a really great deal and even saved more when I bought a 10-pack. But they also have classes that are much cheaper, or one can arrange for a duo or a trio which can also save some cash. For me, one on one is the best. My trainer constantly talks and makes adjustments to my form to maximize my workout. The atmosphere is great. Renovated studio space with changing rooms and a beautiful shower. Pilates really sets itself apart from other exercises because of the attention to detail. The trainers all have to pass anatomy courses and really understand the human body. I've seen other clients there who have serious physical issues who make dramatic positive strides through Pilates. I would recommend Pilates at Senso Studio for anyone, but especially those who are bored of gyms or might have posture, circulation, back or neck issues. Some highlights: I can do a plank now for more than 10 seconds and I walk differently than I did before! I'm stronger and I feel better than I did, and all for a very reasonable price. One-on-one Sessions on a reformer with Arianne can be private OR in a team of two. All of the scheduling is done through an online portal, (what is the deal with Germans wanting you to call to schedule an appointment...seriously) and are conducted in German or English. This was a godsend for me as I was not sure if I could manage enough German to get through an entire session on a reformer. Happily, Arianne is a California girl who can switch between the two languages seamlessly. This FitX is located close the train station Südkreuz, very easy to reach. The studio is quite big,…read moreit has 2 floors, the first floor is for most people, cardio training, beginner level or just recovery workouts, etc. The second floor is for the people like to challenge themselves, pro trainers and the FitX classes. Most of the equipments are pretty new here, since they're just done with the renovation. They even changed the old weight plates to the new style. Somehow, I have the feeling that the new one is a bit lighter though. I also like they has a small area called "Zirkel"(circle), the equipments there all have monitors and video tutorials, pretty cool. And many other new cool equipments and lots of jogging machines. They also got rid of some old one which I think were great. The changing room looks much nicer. And there is a small rest area with snack machines. One thing though, I've been to this studio for more than a week now. And it is often packed with people. Sometime really have to wait a while till I can use the equipment or tool I need. I guess, because of its location. Secondly, because of the other nearby FitX is under renovation at the moment, so all the trainers can only come here. So I can understand that. Just want to give you a hint, if you planing to come. Overall, I really like the new features and how the studio looks like now. One of the best FitX studios I have visited so far.
