RUN, DO NOT WALK, out of this place. They will harass you with multiple phone calls and even show up at your door. I rented a couple of lamps from them, after giving them my life story on the application. I should've listened to my intuition and walked out right then. So if you're one day late on your account, watch out. Some guy called and was actually yelling into the phone. Another guy called my nephew BEFORE I even picked up the lamps and said I needed to call Rent-A-Center, it was an emergency!! An emergency! Guess those lamps were in high demand! Sadly, the day after I picked up the lamps I happened to see an article about RAC, warning people about their tactics and how they have really messed with people's finances. So stay away from this bunch! read more
