After numerous attempts to get my concern resolved with the Waterford store and no return calls, I took the advice of my niece and called corporate! After the relay we went to the Auburn Hills store and had a most caring sales rep named Tiffany Willingham that helped me...even though she did not get any commission she was fantastic and gave me her complete attention! I will never go back to the Waterford store and cannot nor will not recommend it! However, the Auburn Hills store will have any and all future purchases and I will seek out Tiffany and so should you! My new couch will arrive on Friday and is so much nicer! I did have to pay additional funds as the price was more however, I don't care! I purchased 4 pieces of furniture here and paid cash same day - I bought two matching items from the clearance section- sofa & love seat; they worked with the price which was very generous. I was thankful for the man working with prices and competing with other locations, also free delivery. My move date changed and we have to have the furniture delivered to my fiancés parents' house. (Sat in the garage until our real move date) I called Gardner White to tell them not to deliver to my new address since my new move date changed. I asked if they could hold the furniture for a few days for me to make sure of the new address of which they'll be delivering to. (This ended up being a shorter delivery for them anyway...)Management told me on the phone my items were not guaranteed to be in their warehouse after 3 days... Even though I've already paid for them. I wasn't expecting anyone to feel bad about my moving situation; it's not my fault the lady who was supposed to move out was staying past her move out date. At least I called to give Gardner White a new address of where the delivery will go. Management is rude and unprofessional on the phone, go to a different location.
