They exchanged the cars but i was disappointed that it happened after almost 24 hours of traveling. Their service is poor (which is not news for France in general), nobody took us to our car, we had to find it on a parking lot ( not difficult, since there was a allotted in a parking space, however, the GPS was obviously in french and we had a very hard time to make it work for us. - the GPS also had some problems during our trip. The upside is that the car was very economic.
