History
Established in 2019.
We developed this business due to a need in our industry. As real estate investors ourselves, we struggled to find competent property managers to handle our assets. Due to previous businesses, property management was an easy transition. We utilize our experience in managing our own portfolio, our successful construction business and previous systems to offer top of line customer service to both owners and tenants to properly manage their asset.
Meet the Business Owner: Daniel S.
The business was started due to a need within the industry. Daniel Sisto, currently owns and manages a portfolio of over 100 units and he had a hard time finding a competent Property Management company to handle his assets. He decided to form a strategic partnership with Ronald Starusnak, who has over 10 years of general construction experience, owning and operating his own business. They formed a business that offers top of the line customer service, transparency and experience to bother owners and tenants.
