He responded to my request promptly, provided a reasonable estimate based on the scope of work and based on the photos I provided of my house. Mario scheduled a time with me as when he could perform the work. On the morning he was to arrive, Mario messaged me to request if he could be here a little earlier than the scheduled time and that he was only about 10 minutes away. I agreed.
