I've had 12 appointments over the past few weeks and it is very easy to schedule an appointment and they only take 5 minutes. They were always ready for me when I got there, I never had to wait. I would even get there 30 minutes early sometimes and they would just take care of me right away. They are really easy to reschedule with if you need to move something around too.
