Nicole was my esthetician and I'm glad I met her! She was so sweet and made me feel at ease when I arrived a little late due to traffic. We had an awesome conversation as she performed my dermaplane. I decided to add on a mini-HydraFacial session with a glycolic peel at an EXTREMELY reasonable price. At the end she recommended a few products and I happily purchased a retinol she suggested. Received a recommendation for a 3 series chemical peel and was quoted $220/peel. During my second peel I thought it felt different and something was off, especially when the esthetician asked me yet again if I wanted to buy a package for my 4 series chemical peel. When I went to pay it was $100 dollars more than my previous peel and the receptionist told me the woman used a different peel but not to worry "it's a really good product." The esthetician was no where to be found and I'm pretty sure she either screwed up and grabbed the wrong patient's chart or she just used a more expensive peel without my consent. Either way I did not return as it left a really bad taste in my mouth and it's just poor practice up charging customers. Do not recommend. read more

This experience was amazing! I never imagined getting filler to be honest and I was very fearful during my consultation. I hated my under eyes and a friend convinced me to just meet with the RenovoMD team. Dr. Casello was calm, provided me with ample information, and didn't pressure me to do anything to my under eyes. After my consultation, I ended up getting a very little filing put under both eyes. What a difference! My eyes looked so good. I looked less tired and, in turn, I wore less makeup. Once the swelling went down (minimal swelling), I wasn't entirely thrilled with the results. It still looked good, but I wished my under eyes looked better (I hate how tired my under eyes make me look). When I went back for my consultation 4 weeks later, I met with Shannah and told her that I was considering surgery for under my eyes. She told me "absolutely not." She felt that I (a 30 year old female) didn't need surgery and said she would help me feel more confident. AND THAT SHE DID. Shannah added a little more filler under both of my eyes in strategic locations and killed it!! My under eyes look so much better. It's been a month and I still find myself smiling in the mirror at my under eyes. I am truly so thankful for Shannah and Dr. Casello. Again, I never imagined using filler or anything. I was extremely nervous that I would feel "fake" and that it would change my appearance. Dr. Casello and Shannah promised that wasn't going to happen and it didn't. I don't feel fake, and I don't think anyone else even notices, but I do! I feel more confident and happy. I'm so thankful for this experience and I couldn't recommend them more. read more

After an emotionally damaging divorce I needed some liquid courage. No, not alcohol (although that helps too in moderation), but at age 60, dermal fillers. I just returned from a laser procedure around my eyes and Mary showed me pictures of me before any treatments. Wow! It looks like I've had a facelift but with minimal downtime and risk. Dr. Costello always asks me what's bothering me about my appearance. I've deferred to her for an unbiased assessment. She recommended Bellafill first, Juvederm for lips (lasts 9-18mo) and laser around my eyes. It's not exactly cheap to look 10-15 years younger (about 7k for 4 separate procedures - everyone's needs are different) but I needed this a lot more than a trip to Bali. I actually cried after seeing my first post Bellafill treatment. And yes, they were happy tears. Thank you Dr. Costello, Mary and Michelle. This was my third visit at RENOVOMD.I had heard so much about the new Dermalinfusion Facial and wanted to try it. It was amazing! Truly reduces the appearance of wrinkles and cleared up some redness in my chin right away. I had also tried the Hydrafacial and was very impressed at how long my skin looked great for. Also had Botox and will continue to see Dr. Casello for Botox- she listened to my concerns and made the whole treatment enjoyable and easy. Amazing results and was able to try "baby steps" to make me more comfortable in trying a new aesthetic (injection) procedure. I've chooses RenovoMD to fix issues with my legs. After couple procedures of sclerotherapy (which were done in different place and was really helpful ) my leges are covered with spider veins. It's cosmetic procedure to get rid of it. So... all stuff in center is very nice but... when I came for consultation (I came right on time) I spent 40 minutes in waiting room. Well... ok, happens. In a couple of weeks the laser treatment was done and I was told that I'll notice difference in two-three weeks. I paid 500$. NOTHING happened in two-three weeks, never. All my spider veins are still in the same place and the same color. I believe that there laser is not working correctly. I've came for consultation in different place and they said that not all of the spider veins can be treated for one procedure but something should at least changed. When I came back to RenovoMD they suggested me another procedure of sclero (1800$ cost). No, thank you. Not in this place :((( read more

This was my first Medical Spa experience and everyone at RenovoMD made me feel so comfortable and at ease. They did an amazing job, I found the laser process they had to be little to no pain (which was shocking for my first time) Every technician there was calm, reassuring and patient with me, always making sure I was comfortable! Part of the process was treating me like a real person, distracting me with light conversation, while being skilled at doing their job. I did laser on my full legs and I am extremely grateful for how warm and welcoming my experience was there, nevertheless how great of a job they did! I will definitely be going back. read more

Sue Eramo Webster, the electrologist and aesthetician at this practice,is fabulous. Very professional. Inheriting my mother's unattractive "moustache," I have been having treatments with Sue. The permanent hair removal process is slightly uncomfortable, but the results are great. My dermatologist recommended her stating electrolysis yielded far better results than laser. The offices are pleasantly decorated, the staff very helpful, but, most importantly, Sue is an experienced technician, confident and wise. I listen to her advice regarding my beauty needs. read more

Dr. Jean Casello and her team are absolutely fantastic. I went in for a general consultation after purchasing a promotion through Groupon (or similar service). Dr. Casello provided a thoughtful, thorough analysis of my skin including photos and computer imaging revealing the areas of my complexion that were more/less damaged and where I should focus my skincare. I did the melanage peel through Dr. Casello's office and had fantastic results- reduced pigmentation and greatly improved skin appearance and texture. Penny, the aesthetician on staff, is also wonderful- skilled, knowledgeable and with a wonderful "bedside" manner. I have been to all manner of spas throughout Boston (Bella Sante, Exhale, etc etc) and will now always return to Dr Casello for great results- worth the drive! read more

The WORST , and let me tell you why! I went to Renovo because they were touting that they were one of the few facilities to have been chosen to use Voluma, a filler, for the cheek area. This is a new product, it is expensive but meant to last up to 2 years, so having used fillers in the past, for the past 10 years I was thrilled to try this product with a Doctor no less doing the injection - WAS I in for a surprise - my face is basically ruined. There are just blobs of uneveness on both sides of my face - the material NEVER spread out to reflect an even finish - there are huge dimples - it is just awful. The Dr offered to attempt to fix it - with 1 syringe of my choice - i would NEVER let her put anything on or in my skin . I have invested more dollars than I could have imagined with many more to go to get this to look right - so expensive and disappointing on so many levels. Again having used Radiesse for years, I am not new at this. I would never recommend this practice to do anything on something as important as your face! read more

They do not pressure you or upsell expensive procedures you don't need. They recommend only what they think you need.
