Her professionalism , compassionate demeanor is everything someone is looking for when they enter a store. I purchased everything she picked out for me and bc of this I ABSOLUTELY will be back. Customer service should be about helping people, not making them feel small or like they're an inconvenience. Mental health is real, and not everyone you meet is having a good day or facing the same challenges. A little patience, kindness, and understanding can make a world of difference. You never know what someone is carrying behind a smile. Please remember that every customer deserves to be treated with respect. Speak to people with compassion instead of talking down to them or making them feel like they're stupid for asking a question. Kindness costs nothing, but it can mean everything to someone who is already struggling. I truly hope Walmart encourages its employees to remember that great customer service starts with treating people like human beings. You don't have to kick people when they are already down. You don't know what one is already fighting in their own head
