They were very courteous and easy to work with. He said he'd be there at a specific time, and was very punctual. Great experience from walking in the door to delivery and set up. I would suggest checking them out first if you are looking for a new bed! You know how other mattress stores tell you it will take a while to get used to? Well, the first night I slept on this mattress was the best night sleep I've gotten in 3 years! I wish I had done it sooner. And it's a mattress that can be flipped.
