I found Reniel through a referral from someone who had also gotten married in Hawaii. From the start, she was always quick to respond, friendly, and gave me clear information. Myself, my mom, my sister, and my best friend were all getting hair/makeup done for my wedding day and Reniel gave us a clear timeline and estimate for the services and it was pretty easy to set up. On wedding day, she was on time and ready to go, and brought one additional girl with her. They were very friendly and easy to talk to. Although it was different than what I usually go for, I ended up really liking my makeup look and loving my hair, as did the other girls. The downsides for me were that they ended up running pretty behind on the schedule, and when my aunt showed up to pick me up for the ceremony I wasn't even dressed yet. The girls never mentioned/addressed time or anything and I started getting pretty anxious to get going. They took my sister almost an hour late. We ended up double paying for them to valet park at the hotel, because we paid the hotel and we also paid the girls including the valet price. I don't think they did this on purpose but it wasn't ideal. Lastly, they did a tattoo coverup for my small tattoo and although it made it lighter, it didn't completely cover it. My sisters and I have used Reniel on multiple occasions. All of our junior/senior proms, and a wedding. She always does a great job. For the proms Ren comes herself but she has other girls that came and helped do the makeup for the wedding. More than reasonable prices. Whenever there's an occasion coming up I always recommend this makeup artist. She only makes house calls to my knowledge. But she always does a great job! I have used Reniel as my makeup artist/ hair stylist on now three different occasions (my wedding, my friend's wedding (referral), and my brother's wedding) -- and each and every single time I felt "100" and on point! My wedding was the first occasion and initially she was a little difficult to get a hold of, but once we finally made contact she was so easy to work with. Very responsive from then on out; I was able to send her emails of what I wanted since we weren't able to meet until the day of.
