When I called and gave them the dimensions they quoted between $130 & $150, which I thought acceptable. We didn't hear back from them for approx. 2 weeks, so we called today to see if it was done. It was. I went in to pick it up to find the cost at approx $210. Wayyy more than we thought. When I asked why I was lied to, about a couple of different things. Lie #1: One was that they discussed the price with my husband when he dropped it off for repair. There was no discussion at all about cost, only discussion was "we will call you when it's done." We never did get that call. I checked both of our phones and voice mails, nada, which was LIE #2. LIE #3 came when I was told when shocked at the price when picking it up that they called and talked to my husband about it costing this much. Again, there was no phone call, no message, no discussion, per my husband and our phone records/voicemails. When I got home with this mirror my husband was as dismayed as I was about all of the lies we were told within that one transaction. He is much calmer than I am lol, but he was still upset at all of the lies. That will be the LAST TIME I ever do business with them and will make sure to let people know that they should go to a Moses Lake glass shop instead. I hate liars and I hate being taken like this. She was ok and did not specialize in non-profits, but we stuck with her because of the personal relationship. In hindsight, we should have requested someone who specialized in non-profits, as much of her work had to be redone. That's not JDSA's fault - that was on me. However, Michelle, the firm's paralegal that deal with our corporate renewal has always been super on top of things and extremely patient as we were a bit in over our heads. We subsequently got pro-bono representation at a very large firm after our lawyer left JDSA, but the new firm didn't handle the renewal part, and Michelle was super kind to give me instructions on how to change the registered agent to myself and even went in to make sure I did my first filing correctly! Overall my experience was great. I could not recommend JDSA more for their affordability and for the chance to work with Michelle.
