I visited Prairie Bliss for a Brazilian and underarm sugaring service, and as a trained sugar technician myself, I was shocked by what I encountered. From the start, there was a glaring lack of cleanliness. I was not offered any sort of pre-cleansing or aftercare, which is a basic standard in this industry. The technique used was harsh and clearly unrefined -- I left with bruising and areas where hair had been ripped, not properly sugared. When I mentioned that I also work in this field, the technician left the room and returned with a hot, wet towel and a bottle of lotion. She left them on her own chair for me to clean myself up -- completely unprofessional and, frankly, unsanitary. I'm deeply disappointed and honestly disgusted by the lack of care, hygiene, and professionalism. This was not just uncomfortable -- it was unacceptable.
