Ivonne was responsive and a clear communicator. She booked my appointment over Yelp and sent me a text and email confirmation. She also called me the day of the appointment to verbally review how to find her location and answer any questions I had. Integrative Health Center is located in the lower floor of its building. Parking was ample. The building was very clean & quiet. Their part of the building was easy to find. If you smell the essential oils - you're headed the right way! The door opens to a quaint front room that is clean & organized with a grow tower in the corner. I booked a massage for two people, and we both filled out a detailed intake form before proceeding with the massage. Ivonne & Seth introduced themselves and we reviewed our intake paperwork and discussed what we were looking for and our lifestyles. Covid precautions were in place and enforced. They sanitized the air and all surfaces and wore two masks. They had contactless check out and hand sanitizer readily available. I felt extremely safe in their location. My massage was with Ivonne and was an hour long aromatherapy/signature massage. Before I changed, Ivonne reviewed exactly what the massage was going to entail. I really appreciated this. I am naturally pretty high strung - so it was quite relaxing for me to have an idea of what was coming during each part of the massage so I never felt surprised. Ivonne provided me with a towel to stand on after changing and a washcloth for washing my hands. There was a chair and table for my belongings. The massage table was VERY comfortable - with super soft cozy sheets that were the perfect temperature!
