I am sure the classes are good, if only I was able to get there. So I was visiting from out of…read moretown, and booked a class with this studio on the MINDBODY app. I followed the directions of Google Map to try to get to the studio (518 Mill Street). However, Google Map led me to a building where there were no yoga studios. It took me a few minutes and asking around to figure out that the studio was down the street (the street numbers must have shifted on this street). When I finally reached the studio, the class was already in session and the studio was locked. So I did not get to go to the class. I called the business number listed on MINDBODY (both before and after the class start time), the number was either invalid or unreachable. Then afterwards I called the number listed under the business on google, it went to voicemail. I left a message and asked for a call back, but no one called me back. The studio looks really nice from outside. I really wish I had been able to take that class. But I think the business is somewhat responsible for making sure customers can find them, and when confusion occurred, they should be responsible for closed loop communication. I ended up doing yoga with a YouTube video in my hotel room. ADDENDUM: the business reached out to me via email and offered a refund. I guess they now just need to contact google maps to update their location.

Let me just PREFACE: I have been to yoga classes with instructors that would leave much to be…read moredesired - would chat about their children or upcoming trip to OBX with their students IN CLASS, countdown to savaasana (don't we all? But what about the rest of the class culminating up to savaasana?), or would treat someone that passed gas during downward dog as some kind of rude anathema, just unprofessional overall. It's no wonder I hesitated a bit before finding another yoga studio in NEPA. I would resort to doing yoga at home. By the way, Tara Stiles is fabulous! I started working in Danville not too long after the infancy of this equally fabulous and beautiful yoga studio. Hardwood floors, nice clean and fun vibe, Lululemon yoga mats (Oh, I just get tickled with delight over Lulu!), and knowledgeable, seemingly grounded yoga instructors make this studio a breath of fresh air. There's a variety of classes for your needs...would love to drop in to a rooftop class when it's warmer out. There's a gift shop in the reception area that sells beautiful jewelry made by women in developing countries to clothing and candles. Now if only my budget allowed, I would happily be here more. Until then, Tara Stiles shall do but hey - at least I have been keeping up my weekly practice.

I have been working with Diane for almost a year and her treatments are amazing. Since I found her…read moreand Ashiatsu, I have no desire to get any other type of massage (except reflexology). For anyone who does not know, Ashiatsu massage involves the practitioner using her feet to massage you. There is a series of bars high above the massage table that she uses to support herself. This is not having someone walk on top of you with their full body weight. She also has a series of sturdy stools around the massage table that she steps on to change the angle of her force and to allow her to move 360 degrees around you. Diane also does cupping with special suction cups and not matches and glassware. This is paired with your massage. Cupping can be a bit painful at times. As a physician, I think the cupping triggers the Golgi tendon reflex resulting in relaxation of the muscle but I am not sure what Diane would say about my theory. Cupping does leave you with large, circular hickeys for a few days... Diane also has a table warmer so you will not be chilled during your treatment. I can't wait to get my next treatment at her new location!

Amazing knowledge and very respectful! Booking and payment can be done online which is super convenient. Diane too teaches massage and continuing education classes. Therefore, she stays sharp and up to date on her profession. This makes her even more elite at her art.
