The shock came when I was leaving. I got a very hard sell to sign up for 15 more visits and pay upfront. I had never experienced anything like this before. I finally agreed to 12 visits because I did not feel like I had a choice. The worst part is after that first visit all the others were cursory and did not really help me. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I should have just said no and walked out after the first visit.
