I gave her a picture and told her EXACTLY what I wanted. She BUTCHERED my hair & I will NEVER go back. It wasn't worth it. The girl kept looking confused, she didn't know how to texturize & she had no idea what she was doing. Her name was Rez (however you spell it) and that's who I told them I didn't want. They knew she wasn't experienced enough for what I asked and the manager knew it but she went against my wishes COMPLETELY. I hated my hair and I actually showed her how to tezturize my hair. She didn't know how to use the texturizing shears. I did tip her bc I know she was scared and probably 2nd guessing herself but they shouldn't be giving clients to people who have no idea what they're doing. My looks are important to me and I haven't left the house in days. I feel like an idiot. Horrible experience and felt judged the whole time. Super snooty & boogie. Located on Main Street in Carmel, this multi-story spa offers all types of skincare services and sells quality skincare lines in the lobby. I'd been in to pick up a few products before, but finally booked a facial last week. I called ahead to book my appointment. I wanted them to assess what my skin needed, so I gave them my budget and told them to do whatever they thought was best in that price range. My esthetician, Rose, was amazing and did a great job clearly explaining what she was doing. She answered all of my questions in a helpful way and I learned that she has 14+ years of experience. She said that this is her favorite place she's worked because everyone here is passionate about skin and they get all of the new gadgets. She hydrated my skin, did a mini chemical peel (one with no downtime), microbladed my face (gets rid of all dead skin/hair/helps you be glowy), and did laser genesis to stimulate collagen and kill bacteria (potential acne). My face was super glowy after and my skin felt tight the following day. The products that she used were top of the line (IS Clinical, Babor, etc), so the price of the facial truly is worth the quality of product that they're giving you.
