They helped me narrow down what exactly I should take for my symptoms. I am a big baby when it comes to needles, especially IV. They made it as painless as possible. I understand (now) that they're going in with a blind needle but they injured a nerve. It is now the middle of January and I am still in a lot of pain. When I called the receptionist was extremely rude (she always is) and all she could say was that's never happened to anyone here & that they go in with a blind needle and acted annoyed that I even brought it up.
