I came here with my husband trying to get a tickets for a family trip to Vietnam…read more. First off, they said it opens at 9:30am. I came around 9:40ish and they were still closed. Sat for about 5-10minutes and of course I got antsy and decided I would come back. After running a few errands I came back around 11am and they were still closed. I got kind of annoyed at this point but still have them the benefit of doubt and stayed for another 10minutes. After those 10minutes, no one showed up. I was about to leave until I had seen a lady park, and come towards the shop so I got out of my car and asked if she worked there. She did indeed. She invited me in and told me to come sit and we can discuss the airline ticketing and prices. She did not apologize or gave reasoning to why the establishment was opened so late today (Tuesday) As we were talking, I understand she was the only worker that day, but there were other folks that came by and wanted to talk to her about buying tickets too, and she totally left us for them. They ended up not buying any that day and opted to come back. I was super super annoyed at that point but my husband insisted we stay to talk pricing since we had family that booked tickets through this agency. Pricing -- she gave me a few options but most of the tickets she was pulling up were about 1.3k a person (2 adults and 2 kids, one 5 and one 3). Kids tickets are usually a little cheaper since they're kids, but every single airline (China Air, Xiamen Air, Cathay, & some other ones I don't remember) were literally roughly 1.3k and up for one person. Mind you, I wanted to go for 3 weeks in March. I fly every year and February/March are the cheapest months to fly in and out. They're usually $700ish a ticket for an adult and who it $550 for a toddler & less for a infant. She also wanted to charge me $120 for visas when we still have our 5 year visa's available, and my kids $100 for a single entry/leave visa -- when I have a 5 year one for them because we fly in and out of the USA often. She said we couldn't pick our seats unless we flew first class which was $5k a ticket. At this point I was annoyed because I can literally see off and angle of her computer screen that these aren't even the real prices she's telling me. I understand you need to make commission but this is a RIP OFF. After talking uninterruptedly for about 40 minutes I was able to convince my husband to go elsewhere because this place is a total rip off with unacceptable customer service, he finally agreed. We purchased our tickets elsewhere and they were way cheaper than this place. Unbelievable.

The personal service provided here is top-notch and kept us coming back. So far, we've booked 3 different package tours for our family here and have also used them for several international airfares without incident. They're very flexible and quick to respond to our inquiries. I'm personally surprised at how patient they were when we kept changing our minds back-and-forth on tour packages between Italy and Japan. They provided us with many good options and gave us lots of tips about what to expect at the airport and on the tours themselves. Overall, very useful advice and highly recommended.

We then received the tour schedule right before our trip. We flew to Miami and were scheduled to fly to Ecuador that same night. At the gate, we were told that we could not fly because one of our passports was under 6 months prior to expiration. Over the past three months, since paying for the trip, no message or call from this tour company regarding our passports. We could not fly. We had to go to the Federal Passport Agency the next day and get a new passport. Once our agent started calling this tour company to reschedule by one day, she informed us that we had to pay $400 more for the airline tickets and $650 more for the tour even though nothing was added to the tour. We actually paid that money for the tour being shortened by a day. They felt that it was not their problem as a full service tour company to inform customers of problems that they encountered with their passports (remember, it was no expired - still 3 months left on it). No refunds for hotels that were scheduled 4-5 days out ! We paid for a night we did not use. They also told us that if we did not pay the additional $650, that they would cancel the tour and keep all the money. This is a HORRIBLE tour company that is truly only out to take you money and not to assist you with your tour. They also will not take any responsibility for the problems that they contributed to. DO NOT USE THEM !!! By the end of the first 24 hours of our trip, we had spent an additional $1600 so the trip could continue.

However if there is a business that can book it all why not use it. So I did use this website. So here's my story. I booked everything as in flight and accommodation for the Over water Suite in Tahiti. Joe Medina was on point!!!! On the first day out of LAX the airline's plane had a maintenance issue to the point we couldn't take off. They put us up in the Sheraton at Terminal 4 at LAX. They gave us food vouchers to get us through the delay. Here's the issue we had. The Overwater Suite was booked already and this delay would have us arriving 1 day later. He's what I didn't know until chatting with Joe. I thought they could put the missing day on the back end of our stay, it doesn't work like that. So we station get flights of on our own because this was a trip of a lifetime!!! We were able to get a flight out of SFO same day. Here's our problem, the accommodation we're not fixed on, nor the transport set up to get us to the Island. That's when I contacted Joe Medina from Tahiti.com, he fixed it all!!! To include the additional day missed from the travel delay. I also wanted to do something special while there, like a snorkeling adventure, Joe set that up!!! He also got us a refund from the airline tickets and set up new flights to get us back home. I can't speak for others and how their experiences went but this is my story. Btw Joe made this happen while I used my phone through emails!!! In my book Joe Medina is awesome!!! If anyone asks me where I would go or recommend them for a trip to Tahiti I would say this site helped me achieve another trip of a lifetime!!! So try you may just like it.
