I submitted the info and a couple of weeks later, still no response. I then called them. I spoke with a woman and she found my original email and asked if they could have a chance to review it and call me back. I said no problem, it is now May 15th (a couple of weeks since I spoke with her) and I still have not heard back from them. I am not in a hurry for this project and if they were short staffed I wouldn't have minded waiting until they had availability, but I don't understand the total lack of response.

You had me at plants - I love plants. I spoke with Makenzie, one of the co-owners. She gave me info about Fall and Christmas holiday options to decorated your front door, patio and even put up a Christmas Tree. For $480 you can get a Christmas wreath, garland and decorated side planters for the porch. They bring it to your home and decorate for you. What a great idea for people that are too busy to decorate (or like me, just not creative). I was encouraged by Makenzie to visit their website to see examples of their different decorating packages before ordering. The shop porch is also decorated. He was responsive, quick, easy to work with and his work lived up to the name. Beautiful job. After he was done, I could not tell where the repair had been made. Dave filled in a corner that had been nicked pretty bad by using a lacquer stick. He recreated the corner, matched the color perfectfully and drew in the grain lines, then sprayed lacquer over it all. He also did two more smaller touch ups and did not charge more than what he had quoted.

High Frequency Arts specifically is an artisan gift shop featuring dozens of local makers. This would be a great place to buy unique holiday gifts - ornaments, coasters, prints, mugs, etc. but I'm not sure how much foot traffic it gets being inside a larger building.

The gallery also serves as a space for exhibitions and pop-up events. During a visit to the Grand Opening exhibition, I was impressed by the variety of displayed artwork. There were 13 or so artists that were represented, and the work was curated in a way that they all fall in their own categories and genres. It was a feast for the eyes to be able to see a little bit of everything. The gallery itself is located in a modern space with an industrial feel. There are walls on wheels that provide flexibility on how the space is used. Some events (workshops, dance lessons) are already scheduled to take place at the gallery.
