I love visiting Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village whenever I am in Sedona. It is a great spot to grab a bite and enjoy walking around the art galleries. I recently visited Renee Taylor Gallery while passing through Sedona. I love wind sculptures and they have a nice collection of them by Artist Lyman Whitaker on display in a patio area at one of their locations. These sculptures are available in copper or stainless steel. We took a walk through this area on a breezy day and enjoyed seeing them spin in the wind. We were walking around the shopping center and saw this gallery. Outside are lots of metal sculptures that grabbed our attention, so we went inside. It is full of a variety of art types and jewelry. We enjoyed walking through it. We were greeted by the employee and then he let us browse at our own pace. read more

I was looking for this particular Hammit purse, that has been sold out everywhere. I came across Renee Taylor gallery while doing a search on the bag. I ordered the bag and received a text from the gallery saying that the bag was not available in that color/style. Amy from the gallery, who's keeping in touch with me every day as they were searching. They actually did find it for me in the back of the gallery. I thought that was really nice that she went out of her way for me.. what great customer service and I love the personal touch via text. I received my bag today and I am very happy. Lovely gallery of art and some fine jewelry. I saw a few large metal sculptures that I liked inside and a ton of beautiful fine and mid-level jewelry. Prices are fair inside and there were plenty of staff able to help as it was pretty crowded while we shopped. If there is a line you can go next door and browse while they queue up your items and come back. read more

I wish my backyard looked like the grounds outside the store. So beautiful. The art is always changing in here. Going into a beautiful art store in Sedona with toddlers I wouldn't think I would have felt as welcome as we did. The gal there was so welcoming and kind to all of us. She had so much to share about the artists, how some of the pieces were created and the history of the store. They have 3 locations. Their jewelry store was closed by the time we made it over to that area. Such beautiful items without being stuffy was so pleasant. I will definately be back for the jewelry and to see if they have anything new in their art showroom. read more

Service here - TOP NOTCH. I bought several items in October while visiting Sedona at both their stores. I bought a delicate necklace that I broke the first time I wore it. I called Renee Taylor Gallery and spoke with Erin, she said I could send it in, have it repaired and she would let me know the fee. I sent it in, I got a call saying it was received (that was nice) and it would be repaired. Two weeks go by and it arrived in the mail today. No fee. Wasn't expecting that at all. I was willing to pay for it since it is so unique. I just called Krista the Director to thank her and her staff on their service. I LOVE my Be-Je black necklace with 7 pave triangles. My last trip into Sedona, dodging the rain I wound up in the Renee Taylor Gallery. While waiting for the rain to stop I took my time browsing the jewelry displays and then it happened.....I saw the ring of my dreams. Sonja, the sales associate was very happy to let this woman who looked like a drown rat try on the ring while explaining all about it. I was very impressed with the customer service. I didn't buy it but have thought about it since. Well, today, 2 months after seeing the ring, we returned. Sonja actually recognized me and remembered exactly what I had been looking at. Again, very impresssed with customer service. And I bought the ring. They still didn't have it in my size but made sure that I knew exactly what size I needed before ordering it. She assured me that I will be hearing from her as the order is taken care of on her end before shipping the ring to me. I am very excited. Michelle helped me select a non-tarnishing chain that is adjustable. I just love it with my coin pendant. She was patient and very informative. She mentioned making sure your jewelry fit your lifestyle and what might or might work for you. This place has a good selection of jewelry and art but I'm a bit of a stink when it comes to service. I don't like having to find someone to help me or do the greeting myself, especially when it's not that busy. Yes, their selection is good, but when I'm on vacation with the idea of getting a souvenir to represent my travels, it wouldn't be from here. I stopped in during the luminaria festival and helped myself to free champagne. I was thrilled to see so many of my favorite designers- many of which were sold at Tappers in West Bloomfield, Michigan. I even discovered a new favorite that I must own one day- Alex Sepkus. After seeing all the lights we were headed to the car and I saw an advertisement on the side of their building for a necklace that I really loved. A week later that necklace was still on my mind so I called the store and spoke to Janobia. She knew exactly what I was referring to and even offered to email me a photo of all the pieces of the collection. I found one that I loved and called to tell her. She helped me purchased it over the phone. Tracking was sent the very next day. I was so thrilled with her customer service. After I got the necklace I told her I can't get Alex Sepkus' opals and moonstones out of my mind. Again, she emailed me pics. I wasn't in love with the pieces but I know the perfect one will be found in time for my annual Sedona trip in December. I cannot recommend this jeweler enough! read more

we bought a wind sculpture and had it shipped to home. it arrived damaged, gallery personnel tried to get me to fix it myself? said it was normal? after two more shipments both arrived damaged the gallery refunded the purchase price. btw, the second shipment was one that had been shipped somewhere and been damaged and straightened by hand, then sent to us as 'new'. not good, not good. people were polite however - that's the best i can relate. read more
