I appreciate the indoor soccer field you can access to it via the front entrance of the gym. Overall every time I have came here staff appears very helpful and friendly especially if you have a question on how-to properly use a workout machine.

Some of the regulars are a little sketchy and the staff doesn't seem too concerned even though it could be a safety issue considering the location. There's a lot of transient traffic. Worst of all are the instructors. They must be the worst paid fitness staff in town and their skills and attitude reflect that. There's one lady in particular who completely runs your workout with her extremely loud, obnoxious directions. She's clearly trying to desperately hold off her own aging procees and it isn't working. Her routines are right out of the 80s aerobics craze. She's got crazy red hair, but you'll be able to figure out who she is right away. Stay clear!
