I was lucky enough to get to come in and dine during the soft opening. I've been in twice since they opened a let me just say: 1:) the Basil Hayden smoked old fashion is the best valued old fashioned in the city 2:) the Cajun chicken pasta is amazing. As someone born and raised in Louisiana, I'm picky anytime anyone names something "Cajun" but they nailed it. It's amazing and my new favorite outside of my grandmas kitchen. 3:) amazing ambience. It's a beautiful space and the bar is one of the most comfortable around. I haven't dined at a table yet as I prefer sitting at the bar tops but I'll be back as often as I can to try the rest of the menu! read more

Render Modern Kitchen recently opened in Aliante Casino/Hotel in North Las Vegas. This is a large American Restaurant and Bar. A Word of Warning. (as of October 9 2026) NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME We came at a slower off time and were told that the kitchen was backed up and we had to wait 20 minutes for them to get it together. When we got seated we asked for a wine list and got a crumbled small menu without prices. We asked about prices and our server didn't know them and had to find out and instead of filling in the prices she only remembered two prices. The best of what we tried was the Grilled Cheese Bites (made on Hawaiian Rolls with Roasted Pepper Sauce) That was tasty and mostly good. (one was burnt on the bottom) I had the Scottish Salmon. I asked for it to be cooked medium. It came out well done but moist so I was happy with the fish but EVERYTHING ELSE (sauce, mashed potatoes, broccolini) WERE ACTUALLY COLD. Not warm they were COLD like pulled out of a refrigerator and not heated up. We weren't checked on so I didn't tell anyone. I thought my husband's Fisherman's Plate looked good but also wasn't right. Instead of a crisp crunchy coating he got a soggy coating on the fish. He said that the fries were a bit under cooked. You come here understanding that they don't have anything together yet. 1- You have to wait even at slow off times for the kitchen to function. 2- wine and cocktail menus don't have prices. Also bottles of wine are not served here. 3- Dinners might be served partially unheated. 4-Things are not fried correctly. 5- Don't expect to get checked on. 6- also I didn't notice any management here. NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME as of today. I sincerely hope that they improve over time. This restaurant is also a prime example on why Yelp can benefit new businesses and Yelp fans by offering an alternate rating for newly opened restaurants. This one sure needs it. 2.5 Stars read more

Called on a Monday and reserved a table for 4 at 6:30PM. Dante seated us within minutes of arriving. Lots of booth seating available. Nice elevated dining experience with dark woods and dimmed lighting! Great for large groups and families too! Ryan was our server. He was still learning the menu and we appreciated the copy of the list of draft beers he shared with us. The food was delicious and nicely presented. Loved it so much that I stopped by again the following Wednesday for lunch with a friend. We shared a breakfast burrito from the all day breakfast menu. Fresh ingredients and everything is well prepared! Dennis was our server and checked on us frequently. Yes this is a new restaurant. Yes, it will take time for the servers to learn the menu and the staff to develop a successful restaurant. Was incredibly excited to see the empty space at Aliante finally open with a new restaurant. The good: I grabbed breakfast at the bar and the bartender was excellent. I hate I do not remember her name, Im horrible with names, but she was so personable and attentive. This was the absolute standout of my visit. The space itself is an upgrade from the old TGIFridays and the restaurant area looks great. I look forward to sitting there and catching a performer. The bacon was superb and strawberry french toast was very good, although not sure the citrus is needed. Now the things that I was underwhelmed by. The first is more a reflection on Boyd/Aliante and not restaurant specific, but FARM has been closed. While there is some menu crossover Render's menu overall is less robust. The necessity to time limit breakfast v lunch. While I know restaurants do this to improve service and quality it was not done at FARM. With a seemingly smaller menu feels like this would not have been needed. Perhaps the newer menu items are more complex. A very minor negative breakfast only has one potato option that requires to be served with peppers and onions. Im a potato freak and wouldve like a plain potato option lol. Finally the price. Yes, this a hotel in Vegas in 2026, but it is still in a communuty. My meal was 30 bucks which was an increase from the aforementioned Farm. Not sure the overall quality and ambiance aligned with that price point. With all that said I still look forward to trying lunch/dinner and visiting again, although thus likely will not be in the rotation at the ssme frequency as Farm was. read more

Had a great time Friday night. The bar staff was amazing. They had live music which was a pleasant surprise. They offered 24 beers on tap which my husband was very happy about. I don't drink a lot, so it was nice to have mocktails available. I had Still Waters which was nice and refreshing. We didn't eat, but the food I saw go out looked great! I think that people who leave 1 star reviews on a brand new spot are unfair because there are always growing pains with new businesses read more

Our 2nd visit today and I must say, their appetizers which they call shareables fall very flat. Both in presentation and taste. 1st is the candied bacon, nothing special at all. 2nd was the cheese rolls/puffs - I had no idea what to expect but for $11 - a few Hawaiian rolls with melted cheese and a sauce to dip is so unfortunately tasteless. I could've made that at home, perhaps my fault for not reading the description. Burgers look more elevated for being placed on a wooden tray. Hawaiian bowl /808 , best part was the salmon on top. The rice and the veggies are just smothered in some teriyaki sauce that is just not that great. They're trying extremely hard to make this appear to be the more elevated Farm restaurant and they're failing horribly. I hope they improve. read more

I was so excited about a new restaurant opening in Aliante. Dined there tonight and unfortunately I was disappointed in the experience. On a positive note, there was no wait to get seated but it went downhill from there. I was a party of one. Ordered a patty melt with extra crispy fries. I waited over 25 minutes for my food. The fries were not crispy. I don't think the burger was fresh. It was a thin patty and the sandwich was extra greasy. The waitress never checked on me after the food was delivered to see if everything was ok. Very disappointing experience. read more

Fantastic restaurant with great food and service. I liked the decoration of the place. Creating very nice atmosphere. The service was excellent , quick and pleasant. The bartender Miriam was very friendly and when asked about drinks, she went into details and suggested certain ones off of what we told her we liked. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH RENDER until they improve their front-of-house staff. I understand that a new operation will have growing pains, but I don't understand or accept poor customer service. I watched an elderly woman arrive with assistance and ask for a table. The check-in staff were incredibly rude and even raised their voices when she asked about being seated. It was unnecessary and disrespectful. That was strike one. Next, a few of us asked whether we could order food to go. We were told, "No, we don't allow that until next week." When I asked whether they could simply box up an order, we were again told no. We went to the bar, where we were told we could order food and receive boxes to take it with us. However, we were then told we had to wait 30 minutes just to place the order because the kitchen needed to "pace" its service. So we were expected to wait 30 minutes before ordering food we planned to take with us? I can give a new operation some grace while it works through its processes, but I cannot excuse the way the elderly woman was treated. Nor does it make sense to make customers wait 30 minutes just to place a to-go order. Render needs better front-of-house staff. The women working the check-in area were unnecessarily rude and, based on what I witnessed, should not be in customer-facing roles. First impressions matter, and this one was terrible. read more

Growing Pains I am having difficulty rating and reviewing this restaurant. It just opened, having worked in the restaurant industry I know openings can be challenging. We were very excited to have a new restaurant open at the Aliante especially a breakfast, lunch dinner spot. We went to the restaurant last night (Friday) and saw a very long line and patrons complaining about long waits with open tables. We decided to go back Saturday. Saturday afternoon about 2 typically slower time for restaurants. We were told there would be 10 minute wait. It turned to be closer to 20. I was surprised to find that there were more open tables then occupied. We were told there was only 2 servers. I counted at least 4. We tried order sugar free soda..no luck we were told they ran out We ordered Chocolate Martini, Nachos and Candied Bacon. It took 20 minutes to get the drink...It was worth the wait very delicious. At the 25 min mark our food came. Disappointing...The Nachos were so over cooked most the chips were brown, dots of cheese (it appeared to be out of the can) Gac was good but we requested but on the side, hubby doesn't care for it The toppings were spread around the Nachos...Flavor was not $16 worth Candied Bacon was just ok. Over all the Martini was the best Our server was very nice and friendly..But not super attentive. We will give another try we always do a 2nd chance but I think we'll wait until they are a little more established. We want to like this place.. Maybe breakfast or lunch read more

Render Kitchen is a beautiful, spacious, inviting new space in Aliante Casino. The hostess was friendly, and the service was attentive. Thankfully, there are two rooms because the front room has the stench of the cigarette smoking slots players just outside. We were seated in the back room. The food, sadly, is lacking. The onion rings were serviceable but not great. The chicken pot pie, one of my companions reported, was tasty but extremely dry. My other companion had the meat loaf with vegetables. The vegetables, he said, were undercooked. And since he refused the accompanying potato, I would have expected a double serving of the veggies. I had the Render Nachos. They were extremely bland, and the strange orange sauce on them was a bit off-putting and drippy. I will applaud the generous serving of guacamole on the nachos. I welcome this new addition to the casino, but if the food is as this was the next time I come, that visit may be my last. The food at Farm was never outstanding, but it was heads above Render's food. read more

This place just opened, it looks like it replaced the old TGIF. Walking in I didn't know what to expect. I went to the bar and a very beautiful bartender Meriem was working. She was great . I'm a whiskey drinker so she recommended me old fashioned. She had flair when making it and I must say it was delicious!!! I got hungry so I asked her for another recommendation she suggested the poke nachos. The food came out in a timely manner and was very very good . I definitely will be back . Ask for Meriem if you go she's very knowledgeable of the menu, and very easy on the eyes read more

Couldn't even get seated at 4 pm, line out the door. Put our name on the wait-list and waited 10 minutes at which time the couple after us got seated before us. We must be chop liver. We have been loyal customers of The Farm and to treated so poorly by the host who knows us is beyond atrocious. Granted it was new, the poor treated is giving us pause of ever going back. 76 tavern across the street will get our business with their service and better prices. read more

I will start this by saying when I walked in the male host was extremely rude, Strange, told me I couldn't sit at the bar and they don't serve food at the bar which I found out is not true and also told me there is no manager which there was. The manager fixed the issue told me I could actually order food at the bar like the other people who were eating at the bar, got me seated apologized, and I will say the bartenders turned this review around because they were amazing. There was a male and female bartender, and they were incredibly nice knowledgeable and a pleasure. I just got biscuits and gravy as they were still serving breakfast, but it honestly was the best biscuits and gravy. I've had in a very long time. I thought the person that wrote the bad review couldn't be accurate and wanted to try for myself and they almost got a one star review however, the manager in the bartenders turned it around and I think this is going to be a good place. The service I got from the bartenders and the manager. And my food experience definitely warrant us returning for dinner! Other than needing to fire that host it looks like this is going to be a good new option in Aliante. All of the food that I saw looked delicious. They've only been open for three days so I can understand they're being a wait, so expect that, but be patient. It was worth it read more
