Extremely slow. Despite all efforts expect to wait months to a half year for delivery of any product unless you have Medicaid.

My parents had the misfortune of dealing with this company. My father fell and broke his hip, required a hip replacement and obviously needed a wheelchair during this rehab. They brought out a wheelchair out but one of the footrests broke. They called the company to request someone come and help them fix it. My mom had to call three times before the company sent someone, Roberto, to fix it. He finally came out and supposedly fixed it, but they soon discovered it was not properly repaired. Everytime my mother would call the response would be "we're have to talk to the driver" and "we'll call you back." Unfortunately, they were never called back. I came to visit and was present when my mom called they once again, completely dismissed her and said they didn't know where Roberto was, were unsure of whether he would be in today. Nice. Quite helpful. I then called and got the exact same runaround by the person who answered the phone. I requested to talk to a manager. The manager also isn't in and she was unsure of whether he would be in. Interesting business model they have here. The one person who can do something to actually help the situation is not there, unreachable and know one seems to know when and where he will mysteriously appear. My Mom can't go anywhere because Roberto might unexpectedly show up. The last thing Maria (the lady who answers the phone) said to me was that he would call me back. I doubt this will happen. Unbelievable bad customer service. Wow, no idea how this place has stayed in business treating people who desperately need help with such disrespect and lack of professionalism. If you have another option in medical equipment, I urge you to look elsewhere. This business is a sham. read more

Unfortunately I can't give them a zero! I have two insurances, primary and Medicare secondary. They have not charged or billed my insurance and now suddenly they want $50/ mo since January 2019, or me to pay them my deductible. I use a CPAP, and basically they are trying to use it to extort $500 out of my pocket instead of billing my insurance. read more

After being in rehab I was going to need a wheelchair due that I couldn't use my feet to get around. Even though the wheelchair I got was a little to big that I had to remove our bathroom door to go in. After a week with the wheelchair it broke from the handle. We called Renaissance DME to get it replaced which they were very kind in nice in replacing it. When I received the wheel chair I told them that it didn't looked the same size and the lady reply that it was. But when we got home it was too big for me to get through the bathroom door and since it was already late I could not take it back that same day. So I had to take off the outside wheel in order for me to go through the bathroom door. When we called the next day I told the lady that they had given me the wrong size and she had reply that it was the correct size wheelchair. We went ahead and took it in. When we got there the lady don't us that she was sorry that we were right. That they did give us the wrong size wheel chair. When we were just about to leave we told the lady that we left the wheel and bolts that we took off in the floor. That's when the supervisor or owner (Robert Garza) told me that if we did that again that we were responsible and will void our contract. I told him that we had to take off the wheels in order for me to go in the bathroom. He told me that it was not his problem and that we shouldn't had taken off the wheel. So how was I suppose to go in the bathroom? He said that's your problem. All he had to do is put the wheels back on which the young lady was already doing it. Well Robert keep telling us that we should haven't done that. I told him that they had given us the wrong size wheel chair and he keep telling us that it wasn't the wrong size. It got aggressive back and fourth. As an owner and me a patient Robert should be more polite to his patient. read more
