The IRS audit which included penalties and interest was substantial. Laura Silva was the accountant I worked with on my case. Laura worked diligently for me communicating with the IRS. Through her communication with them I was able to provide the missing documentation needed for their acceptance. This all took place during the government shutdown also, I just received a letter yesterday stating they accepted my provided information and my case is closed. Through this ordeal I was stressed out and Laura was so professional and very certain we would be alright . I want all readers to know this company is very qualified and professional to help resolve outstanding issues you may have with the IRS. I totally recommend Laura Silva, CPA to handle your tax returns and all your accounting needs. Thank You, Laura! Paul R."

Having moved West from New York several years ago, we now work with Kelli Cox and her team on substantially all of our personal, corporate, LLC, and 501(c)(3) returns; our son also works with Kelli on his own personal returns. Our singular regret in working with Kelli now is that we didn't move our accounting business to her decades ago. Kelli is an accounting wizard and magician, cost-effective, charming and kind. At no point before the work was completed was I told what the fee would be. I was not given a quote, estimate, or engagement agreement to sign beforehand. When I came to pick up my return, I was asked to sign paperwork at the front desk to file my taxes, but there was still no discussion of the total cost or breakdown of services. The CPA did not personally explain anything and remained in his office while staff handled the transaction. I was charged $500, which was much higher than expected for a straightforward return. I would have appreciated clear communication about pricing before any work was started so I could make an informed decision. I'm sharing this so others know to ask for a written fee agreement upfront before using this service.
