They shine in the Dutch department which blew me away and they have a lot of great Dutch products all from Holland such as cleaning aids, wooden shoes, flags, shirts, and of course food. For those who collect those blue and white plates and cups there are plenty about. I love the selection of chocolates, candies, croquettes, olyballen, and stropies. He answered my questions and grabbed the pieces I asked for instead of the biggest ones. I've cooked up half of what I bought and the meat is excellent. The shop is spacious and comfortable and has pantry items, freezer and dairy on the perimeter walls so if you need to wait it's not unpleasant to do so.

Within a few days you will get an email to pay then it gets delivered on the next day for your area. I messed the day up and didn't hear him knock (I work from home and ha headphones on) so I missed the truck. It came back later. The gentleman that dropped it off was great very friendly and helpful. The products all looked great and came in boxes so it was easy to handle. I spent $300 and am set for 7 people for protein for a good 6 weeks and cheese for month. It offers three categories of products: the regular butcher stuff, sliced and ready to go plates of beef lamb pork etc for hot pot, and marinated sausages and Chinese chacuterie meats. I've only had experience with the regular stuff and I've been very satisfied with the level of quality, service, and price. For instance when I approach the counter the owner is always prompt to greet me and for the pig trotters I always get, he'd give them a further shave and slice them into small pieces for me. I like the variety here and besides the standard burger items, this shop is definitely catered to an Asian kitchen: LongGang free range chicken, duck and chicken feet, various innards, pigs blood, intestine etc. For those into that type of stuff this is good place to find them and for those adventurous chefs open to trying new ingredients, this is a cool stop also. Their delivery service is prompt in that you can select a delivery for the following day, and their deliveries are well packaged, sustainable and returnable/recyclable. Their delivery person is also really nice, which can change, but is a nice bonus. I'd say their website user interface needs some help, as things go missing in my cart without notification, but that's a minor nit to pick. The best aspect of this company is their customer service. They are very considerate of their customers - I once ordered some chips and was given a small discount after purchase because of the short shelf life.
