After a little more than a month, the roof began leaking, and in less than two months, the elastomeric roof coating that was warrantied for five years began peeling. Six months later, the roof sprang three other major leaks, causing thousands of dollars in damages within my home. Not only did he ignore my requests to correct his shoddy workmanship and honor his contract, the city also fined me $1000 because he failed to pick up the construction permit, falsified government documents, and failed to obtain a fire permit to install torch down roofing. It's now 2015, and he still has not honored his warranty. Unfortunately, I am not his only dissatisfied customer. Save yourself the time and the money for litigation and find a reputable contractor.

Well unfortunately it rained on Wednesday. Obviously, we didn't expect them to show up. Well today, Thursday July 16 no one was here to Begin the bridge. After 4 calls to the contractors office, each time being assured that they would get back to us with a plan. They never called to let us know what if anything was going to be done. However, we noticed that the contractor had started another house raising only a couple of blocks away. Anyone, looking for a contractor should DEFINITELY LOOK ELSEWHERE.
