After attempting to contact Awing Way Production via telephone and text message to solve the matter…read moreof having my insulated aluminum roof repaired which is under existing patio screen, I finally received a text message from the owners advising they have scheduled to come to my home on Monday to assess where the roof leaks. On 7/12 both owners arrived to my home, assessed the installed insulated aluminum roof during the rain and assured the necessary repairs will be completed. At that time I was advised by both owners the work will need to take place starting mid day when the weather is dry. William provided an alternative phone number where he can be contacted at (786) 498-2215. I have called called William several times on 7/15 & 7/16 at throughout the day leaving messages, sending text messages including daily weather forecast. Wiliam or Eric has not responded to calls, voice mails, or text messages and has frequently sent my calls to voice mail. The weather has been appropriate (which would have allowed the installers to complete the job) on 7/14, 7/15 & 7/16; however, neither owner has allowed the installers to return back to my home and complete the necessary repairs. The owners will tell you anything you want to hear to get your business, and the only time they will be timely about calling you is to sign the contract and collect the deposit payment. Once they have your business, you have paid a deposit and the job has been half way completed, you're out of luck. I would not recommend this company. Professionalism is a foreign concept to this company. Take your money to a reputable company where your business will be valued.
