The arrangement was $85 and all in was $117. I shared pictures when I called them and they said the difference was because the picture on the website just showed the front. They offered to pick up the arrangement and remake it which seemed an odd and inconvenient solution. I just wasted over $100 for something I could have purchased for $25 at the grocery store. She tried to downplay the fact that the arrangement wasn't what I ordered. She offered me a %20 discount! I'm totally dissatisfied. I told her this, she reiterated her "offer". I wasn't satisfied, she abruptly ended the call, said she was trying to help. That's a joke! Don't use this florist.
