If you plan on using this business, just know that this business lacks the proper professionalism…read moreethics and morality of any business that you're going to allow into the trusted spaces of your home. Have to recently hiring this company to do a home inspection for my family, to buy my friends home, we discovered a whole box of very vintage baseball cards come up missing after the home inspector was in the house. Attempted to put a review up about the situation and the business owner instead of saying hey what's going on let's see if we can address this immediately started calling me a liar saying no no employee of mine would do that, but I have all the communications from the homeowner and the realtor who both state that these cards were stolen from the home as neither one of them had it , and they were promised to my child. Then when I email the business owner to try to address it he still continues to call me a liar instead of addressing the issue and tells me to go ahead and post reviews. So just know this man is not the type of guy you want to do business with! He will allow an employee to come into your home and steal from you and then defend the employee behind a false reputation of a business that is highly suspect now that he is attacked us the victims of a crime by one of his employees.

Once the job was bid and we accepted the nightmare began. What I was told would be a two week job turned into a 6 week job. The sub would be there for an hour here two hours there. His sub was a self admitted meth addict who would constantly have different excuses as to why he wasn't there or why he couldn't work. Citing reasons like withdrawals and mental health issues. Definitely not things the customer should be involved with. Would give 0 stars but will not allow.

She was always professional and kept our interests at heart, even when things got hairy. Julie fought for us through the miscommunication and confusion, and ultimately helped us to walk away without damaging either side of the transaction. Her knowledge and experience gave us the confidence to move on and find a home that was even better! We are in our forever home and couldn't be happier with the service and guidance of REMAX Legacy.

It was a large project! We live in a neighborhood of 1.5M+ homes and were haggled and up charged by other vendors ..our advice, save the headache with other companies and just call Guardian. Their knowledge, skill, precision, punctuality and customer service is top notch. From the beginning to the end of the project they have guided us and have done an immaculate job. We had dark cherry woods to work with and wanted to tone down the color but also allow it to flow with our dark staircase and blend into the new. They aided in finding a match that coordinated and flowed without taking away from the home. It's rare to find the tenacity and quality this company exudes. Typically everything is subcontracted out with most companies which is not the case with Guardian. The owners are hands on and invested in the project just as much their team is. And an added bonus they have a veteran on the team!
