He was always a quick message away and his effort and dedication was evident from the beginning. He helped with multiple issues that came up including negotiations and repairs. I was amazed how quickly he was able to get both transactions completed. The condo was listed at the end of January and in a couple of days we had a firm buyer. This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.

My wife found Kaylee somehow and all we could say is that she was a blessing sent from above. If the rating is from 1 to 10, she gets a MILLION!!!! There are not enough complementary words in English language to explain what an exceptional real estate agent and a person she is. Not only is she and her team extremely kind, generous and friendly and yet professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented, fastidious, enthusiastic, expert, a go-getter, responsive, passionate, and has a clear vision on what her client wants and how to obtain it for them. For you skeptics, that may think that I'm some what related to Kaylee from reviewing the praises I give her, I assure you we have never met before we met last March to find rentals. When you visit properties with Kaylee, she'll view the property from the client's point of view and pinpoint out the flaws, rather than trying to convince you to rent the place with the flaws like the other agents do. I have no doubt that Kaylee adds that kind of personal touch to every transaction she makes, and treats her other clients equally. She helped us find the perfect rental for the time being, and we went back to her to purchase a the perfect house 11 months later. She ended up fighting to get us the deal we wanted on the house and we're now proud homeowners in Summerlin. Will recommend her to anyone and are looking forward to working with her again on the next purchase.     I hate having to write a bad review for a Realty group, but I didn't know where else to review my…read morereal estate agent Wendy Merrill. She is absolutely awful for commercial real estate for first time leasers. Do not use her if you are setting up for the first time. You are much better off negotiating on your own. She fails on all aspects. She makes promises she can't keep, her negotiating skills with the landlord are horrible and she will not obtain information about the property you requested. We looked at spaces for the new shop and she said she could only find 3 shopping centers in Las Vegas in my budget. After we looked at two of them I found a space I really liked. She said she could get the landlord to hold the space for 3 weeks while I raised the $8,000 I needed for the LOI. I had serious doubts she could get them to hold it for that long. I told her I think we should pull the offer and I could find a space after I had raised the money. She promised me they would hold the space and against my better judgement, I sold collectibles at extremely discounted rates to come up with the money. I come up with the money and then she tells me that the landlord gave away the space. Additionally, I had already told 100s of my customers about my new location that she promised she could get me. I decided to take another space in the complex but the landlord was charging a higher rate per square foot, it was a smaller space, and she couldn't get me 3 free months on a three year lease (which is standard). I wanted to know the year the AC unit was installed and she wouldn't or couldn't obtain that information for me. She couldn't even ensure I got the side of the pylon I wanted until after I had signed the lease. Do yourself a favor and don't hire this woman. Just do a little research and lease the space yourself. She is not worth the headache.
