This was my first time getting IV therapy. I traveled over 12 hours from VA feeling not great, and the jet lag and altitude was quickly destroying my energy day 1 of my vacation. They still maintain a very clean and welcoming space while doing an awesome upgrade. I truly had such an amazing experience. If you are like me and prone to dehydration / muscle cramping when hiking, look no further! I scheduled an appointment with Ali and was able to easily communicate via text with questions and a time. She was very flexible and responsive. I got the "Middle" hydration therapy one day before hiking 32 miles along the Teton Crest Trail and can attest to the fact that dehydration / muscle cramping was not an issue at all. I will say that hydration therapy was new to me, so I was unaware of how much this type of service goes for. Initially I was hesitant, however having flashbacks to those times where i could not complete a segment of my backcountry hike due to dehydration, I opted to try it.
