Normally I get my order quickly apart from on a Saturday before football and that is because this restaurant is not far from The City Ground lots of people go here before the game and it gets packed. On these days then it takes a bit longer because you will be queuing a long time sometimes outside the door and then it takes them longer to get the food to you. Most of the staff are friendly.
