Dr Irby spent a solid half hour with me going over history and a physical exam. She was personable, listened to me, laughed at my jokes, and made a couple of her own. She ordered the appropriate tests and set up a follow up. At the end I actually asked her if someone was trolling her online. Anyhow I would not hesitate to recommend her.

I called back at 1:15, and got the same exact message - guess they like really long lunches here. I called back at 1:20PM and after it rang 13 times I was asked to hold for several minutes. When I finally got to talk to someone, after a long frustrating phone call were I was told I had to write down a fax number and call my fathers primary to have him fax notes over I was finally told that I could not make an appointment because I could not confirm his Medicare ID number at that time even though they had all of his current records and information in the computer (they verified everything else with me). I was so frustrated that I would have never followed up and made an appointment to go here for fear of more problems.
