Horrible, amateur hour experience from beginning to end. If it didn't mean being out the cost of the appraisal, I would have just backed out of the process entirely. They were never able to satisfactorily explain any of the numerous cost increases that came to pass. They told me my closing would be on a particular day, and the day came and went with no closing, no response to my questions, and no apology for having wasted my time blocking out time on my work schedule for no reason. Literally nothing went right with these people. I even got the "sorry, I was away for a funeral" excuse for not responding to my e-mails. I have since refinanced again to a 15-year loan with Network Capital Funding, and the process could not possibly have been any more different. Everything was timely, transparent, well-explained, well-organized, and professional. Basically, everything that Reliant was not. read more

I have previously bought & sold two homes prior to doing business with Sharon Seabury of Twin…read morePinnacle Realty. In those previous transactions I felt like I was working for my agent, instead of my agent working for me. I walked away from both of those transactions with a bad taste in my mouth about RE agents and a general overall feeling of sleaziness about the whole industry. In my most recent home purchase Sharon Seabury changed my perception of the RE industry completely. Well at least the small part of it that she occupies. The woman was a true professional and couldn't have worked harder on my purchase. Her previous professional experience both in the business & technology sectors is another great example of what makes her standout from the RE agent crowd. She just doesn't look at the transaction as solely an RE transaction, she looks at it from every angle. My purchase was a bit of an unusual situation and Sharon was "on" night & day seven days a week. She was extremely responsive to my queries and was on top of the mortgage company and the sellers agent from day one to insure everything was being done properly and on time. After selling my last house I swore I would never use an RE agent to sell a house again and would use a sold by owner service. Well if I go to sell my current home and Sharon Seabury is still in the RE business I will give her my house to sell.

I recently sold my house in Quincy, and used Twin Pinnacle as my agent. Sharon went over and…read moreabove!! Told me everything that we needed to do to make sure that the house was in position to get the very best price. She provided a photographer, who took great pics, and listed the house. We had a signed offer in less than two weeks for more than the asking price!! Sharon was there every step of the way, answering all our questions and taking care of any problems. We just really felt like we were her only client!! We had a hard time finding a house, with a very limited inventory, but again, with Sharon's help we just closed on a townhouse that had everything we wanted in the area we wanted it. Thank you to Twin Pinnacle!! Completely recommend them for buying or selling a home!!

Everything about the process went as smoothly as it is possible to imagine it could. Geri recommended a valuation that encouraged multiple offers and we eventually ended up getting more than the asking price. It is undeniably true that selling a house is a complex matter, but the Farrelly team made it easy for us: we were given help on staging, a list of recommended trades people (Electricians, Painters, Septic Installers, Radon Testers, Granite suppliers, etc - all of them were AMAZING), and Geri worked around our busy schedule to set the date and time for the Open House. We give Geri and her team the highest possible recommendation - because they deserve it.

This kind of job I'd say its customer service first then sales, I found it very rude and unprofessional that I followed up with a second message and he just ignored it completely. His name was Cody Rogers, There was relatively nothing wrong with my basic information and my credit sits in the 650, It cost nothing to let any interested in the listing that you're not interested in showing or providing a tour. Worst customer service.
